Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI)
If you access shoplabache.com from Japan, your data is handled in accordance with the APPI, as most recently amended, and enforced by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC).
Japan does not require a separate cookie-consent banner in the way the European Union does. Instead, the APPI focuses on how "personal-related information" — data such as a cookie or advertising identifier that is not on its own identifying, but could become identifying once combined with other data held by the recipient — is transferred to third parties.
