About La Bâché
La Bâché is a women-owned, family-led luxury brand founded by LC Bryant and based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We craft small-batch skincare, hair care, and Homme grooming products using organic, plant-based ingredients — sold directly at shoplabache.com and available in person at Flying Solo in New York City.
Every product is hand-mixed, filled, and sealed in small batches at our own studio — never outsourced to a third-party manufacturer. We source rare botanicals for maximum efficacy and hold each formulation to an uncompromising standard, rather than optimizing for mass production.

Blueberry Luxé Élixir Facial Serum
Blueberry seed oil is one of nature's most potent antioxidants, rich in essential fatty acids that help defend against environmental damage, support elasticity, and deliver lasting hydration. Each bottle is hand-finished with the same attention to detail as the day we launched it.
Yes. Formulated with organic, plant-based ingredients, it is gentle enough for sensitive skin and effective across all skin types, with no parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrance.
Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin each morning or evening and press gently until fully absorbed. Follow with a moisturizer if desired. Consistency is what delivers the visible result.

Élixir Romarin — Rosemary Mint Hair Oil
Rosemary has long been used to stimulate the scalp and strengthen hair at the root, paired here with mint for its cooling, clarifying effect. It's formulated to awaken the scalp and restore vitality from root to tip.
Apply a few drops directly to the scalp and massage in circular motions for 2–3 minutes to stimulate circulation. It can also be worked through the lengths of the hair as a nourishing treatment. Use 2–3 times per week for best results.
Yes. The formula is free from sulfates, parabens, and synthetic additives, making it safe and beneficial for all hair types, including color-treated and chemically processed hair.

Parfum D'Homme — Brazilian Mandarin & Sandalwood
A curated blend of safflower oil, black seed oil, hemp oil, flaxseed oil, and shea butter, each chosen to nourish deeply and support healthy growth, finished with notes of mandarin and sandalwood.
Take a small amount and warm it between your palms until it melts, then work it through your beard from root to tip, shaping as you go. Clean hold, no residue.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number on our own servers.
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email bonjour@shoplabache.com with your order number as soon as possible — see Section 9 for details.
Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. For international orders to Japan and Europe, any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our listed prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping
Every order ships from our studio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to customers in the United States, Japan, and Europe. See our full Shipping Policy for country-specific detail.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, Eastern Standard Time (New York), begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on Sunday, begin processing the next business day.
Orders are hand-prepared within 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday), then travel a further 5–7 business days in transit, depending on your destination and the carrier selected.
Shipping is free on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, cost is calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, product type, and your delivery location.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, selected based on your destination and the fastest reliable route available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used cosmetic products are final sale for hygiene reasons, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Once your return is received and approved, we issue your refund within 10 days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your order's eligibility.
Contact us at bonjour@shoplabache.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Yes. Customers in the European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, with no reason required. Full detail is available on our Cancellation Policy page.
Order Tracking & Cancellations
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships from our studio. If you haven't received one within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it.
Yes, at any time before it leaves our studio, for a full refund with no restocking fee. Email bonjour@shoplabache.com with your order number and the words "Cancel my order."
We're unable to intercept a package once it has left our facility. Our standard return process applies once you receive the item — see Section 8 above.
Authenticity & Support
No. We sell only through shoplabache.com and in person at Flying Solo, New York. Any listing elsewhere is unauthorized and unverified by us.
